Great customer service. They came our quickly (within 2 days) to give the estimate, they showed up to paint the exterior of our home on time, and cleaned up afterwards, they were very professional, and Ryan checked on us afterwards to make sure everything was perfect I highly recommend this company

Ryan and his crew are unbelievable!!! I called Ryan and needed a room done by a certain date and man he delivered with no hesitation. They we sooo professional and nice and always on time and I’m just in awe with everything!!! The best in town!!!!!!!! I could not be more happier!!!!! I can’t wait for them to come back soon and do more work!! Thank you so much Ryan and your team!!!!!

Ryan was great to work with. He was very helpful to ensure the deadline I requested was met.
The quality of work I give a 6/10. Our integrity Works chose to use subcontractors and Ryan was up front about that.
I paid 1/3 of the balance as a deposit to get on the books and received the rest of my invoice requesting payment prior to having anyone from our integrity works come out for a final walk through to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. The silliest part was the scope of the work reflected on my original invoice was about 85% complete yet I was charged the full amount. When I brought this up, the remaining balance was adjusted so that worked out appropriately, I think.
I had a conversation with the owner, Mrs. dean, explaining why I had yet to pay the remaining balance and it was because just about everywhere I turned there was another paint run on a wall or something needing touch up. She told me it would have been nice to know about it, but that doesn’t really fall under my burden of proof because anyone taking a close enough look would be able to see noticeable flaws. Our conversation seemed to be more about what was needed to get the invoice collected versus how to get everything sorted out cordially and fairly.
I was given excuses and the run around with regard to material lists, how many times our integrity works had used the subs they chose for my job, what the subs were getting paid and more.
The whole point was from one small business to another, I’d think any owner would want to know about issues a paying customer has with their company. It’s the only way to resolve anything.
Ryan, I really do appreciate all you did to get my job complete. It’s just a bummer how I was treated thereafter. It’s not my responsibility to come up with ways to resolve issues to problems I didn’t create.
UPDATE 5/21:
Karen, the co-owner looked me dead in the eye and said she’d write a reimbursement check for the profit they made on this job and they made good on that promise.
I would give them another shot if an opportunity presented itself. All is well that ends well. Mr. Dean, thank you for your willingness to resolve this the best way you could. I appreciate it, sir.

The Integrity Works team is incredible and recently did a beautiful facelift on our 1930's home, repairing rotten boards and repainting the entire exterior. They did a phenomenal job and never batted an eye when we requested additional services (new front door and a new fence - both of which they did the very next day!). It felt like these guys were part of our family at the end of the two-week project and I am so grateful for their amazing service and beautiful work. We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers!

We are exceptionally pleased with the work provided by Integrity Works. We had a plumbing repair that we decided to turn into a remodeling project. We replaced flooring, made our bathroom more ADA friendly, and did some other repairs. The work crews were very prompt, friendly and efficient. The work was completed on the agreed upon schedule. We can recommend Integrity Works comfortably and confidently.

Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job painting after our pipes burst during the winter storm. They were very neat and professional. Randy and his crew did a fine job replacing all the flooring in the house as well as an exterior door. The minor items on the punch list were handled with professionalism and courtesy. I strongly recommend Our Integrity Works for painting flooring and repairs and would not hesitate to use them again.

How can you call yourself Our Integrity Works when you have no integrity?
We used this company to paint our house and they did a wonderful job. When our pipes froze in February, we contacted them immediately to do the repairs. We initiated getting them set up with State Farm and (after a lot of hassle getting them set up) they called at the last minute to cancel because they didn’t have time to do the job. I understand being busy, but I can’t help but feel they canceled our job in favor of a bigger more profitable job.
I’m not claiming they do poor quality work. We were happy with their work; just not with their integrity.
