Randy Dean
Owner & Co-Founder
Our Integrity Works, LLC
In 1997, Randy Dean moved to Brenham and worked for Chuck Olsen doing remodeling, add-ons, and painting. In 2004, Randy Dean and Chuck Olsen co-founded Integrity Works; with Randy becoming sole proprietor of the company in 2005. Under Randy’s leadership, the company has grown significantly into what Our Integrity Works, LLC is now today.
Active in the Brenham community, Randy has served on the Board of Directors of Freedom Hill. He enjoys cattle ranching and in his spare time he likes to hunt and fish.
Ryan English
Paint Estimator & Project Supervisor
Painting Department
Ryan English joined Our Integrity Works in 2017. Serving as head of our painting department, Ryan handles all painting estimations and project supervision. As a seasoned sales and customer relations specialist, Ryan takes great interest in each project and is always available to help our customers achieve their dream home with his color design and paint expertise.
Ryan is a family man, married to wife Katey; together they have five children and are members of Grace Life Church. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and golf.
Natalie Mares
Office Manager
Invoicing & Payroll Department
Natalie Mares joined Our Integrity Works in 2014 as receptionist and office clerk. In her current role as office manager, Natalie handles our invoicing and payroll services.
Natalie moved to Brenham from Coleman, Texas in 2006. She has five children; including twin girls, who are the youngest.
Natalie enjoys reading and cooking and is an active member at Grace Community Fellowship.
